Purpose

In support of the HSSE Policy, this document outlines the guiding principles for health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) matters for all employees of Enventure Global Technology, Inc. (hereafter referred to as “Company” or “the Company”).

Ten Guiding Principles of HSSE Excellence

1. Commitment

Commitment from top management is a crucial component of the success of HSSE programs, policies, and objectives. Therefore, management at all levels of the Company will be actively committed to the achievement of HSSE excellence in our business conduct. Every manager shall demonstrate a commitment to this goal, shall strive to provide adequate resources to achieve this goal, and shall follow the guiding principles contained herein. Through clear and effective communication with our employees, our goal is to ensure that the Company’s commitment to HSSE excellence is reflected in our daily operations and activities.

2. Organization

Clear and efficient organizational structure is essential to the effective management of all business matters including HSSE programs, policies, and objectives. Therefore, the Company will maintain an organizational structure and culture that recognizes and encourages the full and active participation of all employees in the systematic management of HSSE matters. We will also foster a culture that facilitates the transfer of information, lessons learned, and best practices across all levels of the Company.

3. Accountability

Achieving HSSE excellence depends heavily on the continued commitment and accountability of management. Responsibility for HSSE concerns is a matter of Company policy and mandatory. All levels of management are responsible for ensuring that operations are conducted in accordance with the HSSE Policy (GL-HSE-POL-0001) and the HSSE guiding principles contained herein. Further, all levels of management shall ensure that appropriate HSSE programs, procedures, and work processes have been developed and implemented for operations under their supervision.

4. Management Systems and Standards

To consistently achieve HSSE excellence, there must exist a practical and robust HSSE management system and set of corresponding standards. Therefore, the Company will develop, implement, and continuously improve HSSE management systems and standards that reflect best industry practices and lessons learned. The Company will further our knowledge by conducting and/or supporting research where applicable on the effects of our products, work practices, processes, services, and waste materials on personnel and the environment.

5. Risk Management

The safety of personnel and the environment is paramount. Therefore, the Company will ensure that potential HSSE risks associated with our activities are assessed to eliminate and/or minimize potential adverse effects, manage any residual risk that remains, and continually identify opportunities for improvement. Legislative Compliance Compliance to national and international laws and regulations is of extreme importance to the Company. Therefore, the Company will operate to standards that comply with, or exceed, the requirements of applicable national and international legislation and codes of practice to help safeguard the workplace, community, and environment. Where no regulatory controls exist, the Company shall adopt and implement our own HSSE standards in accordance with relevant industry standards of practice.

7. Training

Training is an essential element of HSSE excellence. Therefore, Company managers and staff will be qualified through education and/or experience to discharge their responsibilities and will participate in a program of continuing professional development. Additionally, the Company will provide training and development on HSSE matters that are appropriate to personnel job duties and responsibilities. The management of each operating group shall ensure that appropriate training is conducted on a regular basis.

8. Environmental Aspects

Maintaining environmental integrity is a must. Therefore, the Company will continuously evaluate the environmental aspects of our products, services, and materials used to ensure that they have no undue environmental impact and are safe in their intended use, efficient in their consumption of energy and natural resources, and can be recycled, reused, or disposed of safely.

9. Continuous Improvement

Continuous improvement is crucial to the success of the HSSE management system and corresponding standards. Therefore, the Company is committed to continuous improvement of HSSE management practices, and we believe that adherence to these guiding principles will assist us in achieving our HSSE goals and objectives. Each year we will identify specific goals against which we will measure our progress toward overall HSSE excellence.

10. Monitor, Audit, and Review

Assessments, evaluations, audits, inspections, and reviews reflect the effectiveness of the overall HSSE management system and the underlying standards, programs, and policies. Therefore, the Company will conduct ongoing assessments and reviews to determine conformance to HSSE programs and policies throughout the Company and determine implementation effectiveness. The objective of these assessments and reviews is to provide top management with verification that operations throughout the Company are in compliance with laws, regulations, Company policies, standards, and best practices on a global basis.
